PT Fitness Vinyasa Foundations Series

Join us for a three-part Vinyasa Foundations yoga series. This series is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to refine their practice.
Our aim is for students to leave feeling empowered with a deeper understanding of their practice.
October 5, 2021: Intro to Breath and Vinyasa Flow
In this class we will move at a slower pace and give specific cues in each pose to help students learn alignment and the role breath plays in their practice.
