Vinyasa
This is an All Levels class that links breath to movement. In this class we will flow at a steady pace that gets you out of your head and into your body. Alignment cues are given to help students embody the poses. We will also jam out to tunes that get us into the flow.
Foundations
This class is great for beginners or anyone who wants to refine their practice. We will move at a slower pace and give specific cues in each pose to help students learn alignment and the role breath plays in your practice. If this is your first time flowing, this class is a perfect place to start!
