What is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health & Wellness Coaching is an evidence based approach that supports clients in making and maintaining lifestyle changes.
Most of us are aware of the health benefits of a nutrient rich diet, regular physical activity, stress management, and quality sleep, but we just can’t seem to make changes that stick. It’s a frustrating cycle full of uncertainty and doubt.
Sonalie helps client’s break free of the cycle through her knowledge of behavior change, positive psychology, lifestyle medicine, and coaching. She partners with her clients to uncover their unique values and motivations for change, and supports them throughout the change process.
Sonalie Barr earned her Master’s of Science from UNTHSC in Lifestyle Health Sciences & Coaching. She is currently taking on a limited number of clients who she will work with 1:1 weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
