Join us for a three-part Vinyasa Foundations yoga series. This series is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to refine their practice.
Our aim is for students to leave feeling empowered with a deeper understanding of their practice.
October 12, 2021: Intro to Balancing Postures Using the Wall
Balancing postures can be intimidating without first using support to learn how to enter the postures and find balance. This practice will incorporate the walls for support and deeper stretching.
